BAY AREA CALIFORNIA BUYER DRIP CAMPAIGN: This campaign capitalized on the market knowledge that the client had about the Bay Area. Not completely written from scratch, the client provided RealSupport with a rough draft of content, which we then wrote in correct format and added a Call to Action at the end of each e-mail.

Subject: Curious About a Property?

Perhaps you just saw an ad lately for a home that you’d like to know more about. Or maybe you received a notification through your email regarding a new property that hit the market. Or you were researching the market online and saw something that interested you.

I'll show you the "right now" market in the surrounding area of interest. I know the whereabouts of the Bay Area more than any other guy out there. But don't take my word for it. I'll let my experience do the talking. Started out in Kensington, raised in Orinda, schooled at U.C., worked and lived in Berkeley. Yeah, you could say I know my way around.

Go to for a more focused search and sign up for myREAlert! which allows you to choose your property details, and then sends them directly to your inbox. Or if you're just looking for somebody to offer you the unvarnished truth about home buying- call me, text me, email me. I'll help you put all the pieces together.

Subject: Take the Guesswork Out Of Finding Your Home
Searching the internet is a great way to get a general overview of the market and what’s available, but in order to get accurate, reliable information, it’s essential that you work with a real estate professional who knows the market and is involved with their community.

Nobody knows how to tackle the guesswork more than That House Detective. Home inspectors, title and other experts, document signoffs, and other rough spots - I am by your side every step of the way. Oh, and the community? Born, raised, and schooled in the East Bay, it's my specialty.

I am ready and available to help you take the next step. Call me, text me, reply to my e-mail and we can arrange to meet and plan a course of action to help you find the perfect home for you.

Subject: Become Bay Area Savvy with the Berkeley Area Beat Blog
If you’re considering a move to the San Francisco Bay Area, you’re headed for one of the world’s favorite places. If you already live here you may be like me - haven’t seen half the wonderful places around the Bay or done nearly enough of the things there are to do. Either way, I have something you may like.

Our blog began as a personal venture. With our kids grow, my wife Kristine and I saw our chance to start on our “always wanted to do” lists. Then it came to us. Why not share the fun? What better way to stay in touch with friends, acquaintances and clients. . . .

So we started posting our excursions and discoveries onto a Web Log. We hope you find things there that please you every time you drop by. If you have any ideas or contributions, we’d love to hear them. You will find us at
