Listing Marketing Efforts

Below you will find a sample listing marketing package. The goal is to present an attractive offer to the agents you are recruiting, including your marketing and closing team, RealSupport, Inc.! The listing marketing package include the following marketing efforts. These marketing efforts will be completed within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified, from receipt of all necessary materials such as the feature sheet and photos.

Photo Prep:
RealSupport will manipulate all photos using Adobe Photoshop. This includes cropping, adjusting light, etc. We use Adobe PhotoShop to optimize photos keeping them crisp and professional looking. The enhanced photos will be used in your MLS, on all websites and in any applicable print marketing materials.

Marketing Proofs:
Upon completion of the marketing efforts, the agent will receive links to all the online advertising for each listing as well as all flyers, postcards, brochures, etc. in PDF format. RealSupport will also handle uploading these documents to your printing service if applicable. All printing costs are the responsibility of the agent and/or broker.

Closing/Transaction Management:

Introducing RCC - RealSupport Closing Coordination – “From Contract to Close, We’ve got you Covered!”

Congratulations, the sale's gone through! Now, your work is just beginning. Handling all the details of a buying or selling transaction, from contract through closing, is a time-consuming process that eats into the time you could be spending drumming up new business.

Now there's a professional, affordable alternative: RealSupport Closing Coordination (RCC). RCC is developed to give you an edge in today's competitive real estate industry. It couldn't be easier: You send us the transaction information along with all supporting documents and the pros at RCC take over the entire closing process.

For each transaction, you'll be assigned a RealSupport Closing Coordinator whose sole responsibility is to make sure that every step of the closing process goes smoothly. Your RCC handles all the phone calls and correspondence, and keeps you up-to-date every step of the way. RCC’s use Settlement Room online software to manage your transactions. Settlement Room allows your RCC to keep track of your closing checklist and all important dates and deadlines. All involved parties are invited into the transaction online and they can view all documents that have been uploaded, everyone’s contact information as well as any notes that we have added. If an issue arises that requires a licensed agent, your RCC will contact you. Otherwise, you can concentrate on doing what you do best, confident that your transaction is being handled professionally and efficiently.

Your RCC will:

  • Stay in close contact with everyone involved in the transaction
  • Set up your transaction checklist in Settlement Room (RealSupport’s Account)
  • Schedule inspections, oversee financing and order the appraisal
  • Ensure that each step is completed on time
  • Stay in touch with your seller and/or buyer
  • Coordinate the final walk-through
  • Keep you informed of the transaction's progress
